Summer Workouts:
 
We will be offering summer workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am -10:00am over the summer starting on Tuesday, June 10th. Players should bring running shoes, cleats and water with them.  The normal day will consist of an hour on the field, 1/2 hour of strength work (either in the weight room or outside) and 1/2 hour of cardio and SAQ (track). The boys will be conditioning at this time as well, but we will toggle the order of the two teams and make adjustments so that all levels of players are stretched technically and speed of play wise given their current experience/abilities.
