Flint Powers Catholic concluded the 2023 Girl’s Golf Season at the MHSAA Division 3 State Finals at The Meadows (Grand Valley State University). There were 18 teams and 106 golfers competing in the 2-day tournament. The Lady Chargers were competing in the 8th straight MHSAA Girl’s Golf Finals were paced by Lillee-Ann-Jacobs 174 (tied for 18th). MaKenna Hodorovich 195 (tied for 52nd) and Ali Anderson 208 (tied for 73rd).
Grand Rapids Catholic Central finished 1st with a team score of 673, twelve strokes better than runner-up Williamston. Macomb Lutheran North’s Lauren Timph 2-day total of 141 was the Division 3 medalist for the third year in a row. She finished one stroke behind 2020 Miss Golf Shannon Kennedy her freshman year.
