On Saturday Powers Catholic Varsity Wrestling competed in the Warren Lincoln Varsity Invitational. The Chargers, led by seniors Anthony Cook, Owen Brennan, Braxton Edwards, Michael Klein and Parker Solano placed 9th out of 21 teams with a total of 175 team points.
Anthony Cook placed 2nd at 175lbs
Owen Brennan placed 3rd at 215lbs
Zander Herfurth placed 4th at 150lbs
Braxton Edwards placed 5th at 144lbs
Michael Klein placed 5th at 157lbs
Parker Solano placed 5th at Heavyweight
Team points were also awarded to Jozef Dedivamaj, Jax Edwards, and Aaron Labataille for wins in their respective weight classes.
