Powers JV lost to Clarkston Everest Academy 14-13.
QB Zeph Bucy scored both TDs on on runs of 2 and 65 yards. Mateo Evans and Michael Borg had key catches for Powers. Alex Crumm was 1 for 1 on extra point attempts.
Raheem Cheatum lead the defense with 11 tackles. Bucy had an interception and James Roche recovered a fumble.
Almost every week the young Charger team battled squads with sometimes twice the number of players but never backed down.

Powers JV lost to Saginaw Heritage 48-6.
Zeph Bucy scored the Chargers’ lone touchdown on a 2 yard run.
Silas Babiasz played QB for 3 quarters when Bucy went down with an injury. Babiasz played super tough and had many carries of 5 plus yards.

The JV team lost to Detroit Country Day 48-13.
Jace Beauchamp ran for a 75 yard touchdown. Alex Crum kicked the extra point. Will Smith scooped up a fumble and ran 65 yards for the other score.

Powers JV football lost to West Branch Ogemaw Heights 47-18. Raheem Cheatum, Tommy Bossi and Michael Caudle played well defensively.
Zeph Bucy rushed for a 2 yd touchdown. Mateo Evans caught a 60 yard pass from Bucy. Powers other score was a 90 yard kickoff return.Tight end Alex Blisset led all receivers with 6 receptions.

Powers JV was overmatched and lost to Pontiac Notre Dame 49-14.
The Chargers lone offensive touchdown came on a 60 yard pass from Zeph Bucy to Michael Borg.
Zander Hurfoth scooped up a fumble and ran 38 yards on their other score.

Powers JV football defeated Saginaw United 46-0. Cameron Stilson ran for 2 touchdowns. Zeph Bucy ran for a touchdown and passed for another to Mateo Evans.
Zander Hurfurth also rushed for a touchdown.
On Defense, Joey Pagnani scored on a blocked punt by Raheem Cheatum. Cheatum along with Michael Caudle and Steven Baroski had interceptions.

Powers JV traveled to Saginaw Swan Valley and lost 40-0. Big run plays by Swan Valley in the second half along with not finishing drives on offense was the story.
Raheem Cheatum again led the team in tackles with 11.

Powers JV football beat Hamady 29-14. Touchdowns came from Zach Bucy (2), Joey Pagnani and Zander Herfurth. Jace Beauchamp scored a 2 point conversion and Alex Crumm successfully kicked 2 extra points. Defense was led by Raheem Cheatam. Steven Baroski had an interception.
