Three-run 6th Propels Chargers to 6-4 Win Over Davison With the bases loaded in the bottom of the sixth, Kane Sekelsky drilled a liner into the right centerfield gap, driving in the three runs to propel the Chargers to a 6-4 comeback win over visiting Davison. Aidan Corcoran closed the door in the 7th to pick up a save. His work supported a gutty six-inning effort by starter Drew Simmons. The lanky right hander gave up 8 hits but neutralized the Cardinals with 10 strikeouts. Sekelsky finished the game with three hits and five RBIs. Eli Sturgess and Landon Bohanon each added a pair of hits to bolster the 10-hit Powers attack. The second game was postponed at the end of the 4th due to darkness with the Chargers down 6-2. The game will be continued at Davison on Wednesday and the series finale will follow. Powers stands 8-5 overall, 6-3 in the SVL.
