Powers Catholic High School

Varsity softball went 1-2 at the Swartz Creek tournament today, losing to Swart Creek 5-0, Lapeer 10-0 but defeated Bay City Central 12-6. During the first game against Swartz Creek, senior Lexi Glady reached 500 career strikeouts as a pitcher. Overall it was a growth day for Powers softball. The offense was paced by Lexi Glady, Ava Dimich and Addison Schmit who all hit .500 or better on the day. Jordynn Devine recorded two hits and Katie Costello had a 3 RBI double in the third game.
