13-run Fourth Inning Places Chargers Atop the Summit Powers spotted the Summit Warriors a one-run in the first but plated three in the third before erupting for thirteen in the 4th. The big inning ended the contest at 16-1. Pitcher Landon tossed a six-hitter, allowing one earned run. Sluggers for the Chargers were led by Aidan Corcoran and Eli Sturgess who collected three hits apiece. Kane Sekelsky had a pair of hits and three RBIs. Tommy Bossi and Aidan Walls knocked in a pair. Powers plays Wednesday at home against Saginaw United with a chance to clinch the SVL-South Division. A win outs the Chargers in line to play the three-game SVL Championship series beginning next Monday, 5-18. Let’s go!
