🎾🏆2026 All-State Honors 🎾The All-State results are in, and our Powers Catholic girls continued to shine both on and off the court! 🏆After earning All-State Honorable Mention in 2025, Ellisen LaFay returned in 2026 with her sights set on All-State First Team —and she accomplished her goal! Through hard work, determination, and an outstanding season at #1 singles, Ellisen earned a well-deserved spot on the 2026 All-State First Team. 📚The success didn't stop on the court. Our team was also recognized for excellence in the classroom, earning the All-State Academic Team Award, which requires a cumulative team GPA of 3.25 or higher. 👩🏻‍🎓Seniors, Ellisen LaFay, Lolyana Yapchai, Sylvia Porrett, Kate Byrd, and Paige Scully were recognized with the All-State Academic Senior Award, an honor requiring a minimum 3.75 GPA. We are incredibly proud of these student-athletes for representing Powers Catholic with excellence, discipline, and integrity in everything they do.
