POWERS CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS 2026-27 FALL TRYOUT & PRACTICE INFORMATION Students interested in participating in a Fall Sport at Powers Catholic High School must complete the following requirements before August 10, 2026. Registration & Physical Requirements 1. Register Through FinalForms All student-athletes must register through FinalForms: https://powerscatholic-mi.finalforms.com/ A registration link is also available on the Powers Catholic Athletics website and the school home page. Freshmen and transfer students may participate while awaiting access to their official PCHS email account. A personal email address may be used to create an account temporarily until a school-issued email is assigned. 2. Complete and Upload Your Sports Physical A valid MHSAA physical exam form must be completed and uploaded to FinalForms before August 10, 2026. Download the MHSAA Physical Form online or pick up a copy from the Athletic Office. Pro Tip: Complete your FinalForms registration first and print a pre-populated physical form to save time and avoid entering information twice. Once cleared and signed by a med. professional, upload your completed physical directly to your FinalForms account in PDF format, if possible. Important: Student-athletes will not be permitted to try out or practice until a valid physical has been uploaded and verified. DO NOT SUBMIT FORMS TO THE COACH. Additional Participation Information Athletes wishing to participate in more than one sport during the same season must receive approval from the Athletic Director. Eligibility Requirements -- Students entering grades 10–12 must: -- Pass at least six (6) classes during the previous semester. -- Have earned a minimum GPA of 1.83 during the previous semester. -- Transfer student eligibility will be determined by the Athletic Director.
